If a landlord declines your booking request, your card will not be charged. The pre-authorised payment is fully released and the booking is cancelled automatically. The landlord is required to provide a reason for their decision, so you will always know why your request was not accepted.
What to do next
A declined request does not affect your ability to book other spaces on POP UP SHOPS. You can submit new requests immediately.
Review the reason provided: use the landlord's feedback to refine your approach. If your concept was not the right fit for that particular space, it may work well elsewhere.
Update your project template: if the decline was related to your brand concept or the information you provided, consider strengthening your project template before applying to other spaces.
