The price on the listing page is set by the landlord. Once you enter the desired dates, the total amount shown will be the final price you need to pay to book the space. The final price already includes our commission.
Some landlords may require additional charges, like security deposits, which must be paid directly to the landlord. Any additional charges, including cleaning or other costs, are listed in the House Rules on the listing page.
