Every brand on the platform is required to complete a project template before they can submit a booking request or inquiry. This means you always have the context you need to make an informed decision before accepting anyone into your space.

You are always in control

No booking is ever confirmed without your approval. Every request goes through a review step where you can assess the brand, ask follow-up questions, and decide whether to accept or decline. If you decline, the pre-authorised payment is released back to the brand and you are asked to provide a reason.

How project templates work

Before a brand can contact you or submit a booking request, they must fill in a project template. This gives you an immediate overview of who they are and what they plan to do with your space.

Every project template includes:

• Brand name and background

• Products or services they sell or offer

• A description of their pop-up concept

• Requested dates and space requirements

• Supporting images of their brand and products

You receive this information alongside every incoming inquiry or booking request, directly in your Spacewise inbox.

What you can do with the information

Once you receive a request with the project template attached, you can:

• Review all brand and concept details before responding

• Ask follow-up questions via the inbox

• Accept the request to confirm the booking and finalise payment

• Decline the request and provide a reason to the brand

All of this happens within the platform. No back-and-forth outside the system is needed.

Note: If you want to go further and restrict who can even send you a request, you can set up a leasing workflow that requires brands to go through an inquiry step first. This gives you an additional layer of control before any booking commitment is made. See How do I set up leasing workflows? for more.
