You are only able to withdraw a booking request providing the booking has not yet been accepted by the landlord, in this case you will not be charged. As soon as a booking has been accepted, you have to follow the cancellation process laid out by the landlord.
To withdraw a request:
- Go into my bookings
- Find the booking you with to withdraw
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click the withdraw button
