How do I respond to inquiries and booking requests?

Inquiries, booking requests and instant bookings are handled in different ways.

Requests

When you receive a request, the tenant submits their project template, and the payment has already been preauthorized. You receive a complete application, making it quick and easy to decide if the concept fits the space. If the request is accepted, the payment with my finalized and the booking if confirmed. If the request is declines, the payment is released back to the tenant, and you will be asked to leave a reason for the tenant.

Inquiries

When you receive inquiries, they are non-binding. This means that the tenant has expressed interest, selected the desired dates and sent you their concept. If the concept is a good fit and you want to go ahead with the booking, they must be invited to book. Once invited, the tenants will accept the invitation and fill out the payment details online. The booking is confirmed, and the payment is secured.

Instant bookings

Instant bookings are like requests, only they do not require any input from your side. They are accepted automatically and the payment is secured.
