Can I withdraw a booking request?

You can withdraw a Booking Request as long as it has not been accepted by the landlord, and you will not be charged. If the booking has been accepted, follow the cancellation process set by the landlord.

To withdraw a request, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the My Bookings.
2. Locate and click on the booking you wish to withdraw.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Withdraw button.
