Can I withdraw a booking request?

You are only able to withdraw a booking request providing the booking has not yet been accepted by the landlord, in this case you will not be charged. As soon as a booking has been accepted, you have to follow the cancellation process laid out by the landlord. 

To withdraw a request:

1. Go into my bookings 
2. Find the booking you with to withdraw
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Click the withdraw button
