How do I create a listing?

Your listings are the foundation of everything on POP UP SHOPS. A well-structured listing helps brands find your space, understand what is on offer, and book with confidence. You can create and manage all your listings from the Listings tab in your Spacewise dashboard.

To create a listing:

1. Go to Listings tab 
2. Select "+Add a listing"
3. Work through each section of the listing builder
   • Details: space name, description, location, size, and space type
   • Photos: upload your main image and gallery photos
   • Pricing: set your day, week, and month rates
   • Availability: set your calendar and block unavailable dates
4. Review everything on the Publish page before going live
5. Click Publish to make your listing visible on POP UP SHOPS

Important: pay close attention to the Publish page

The Publish page is the most important step. It controls how your listing is set up, including your leasing workflow (requests, inquiries, or instant bookings), your visibility settings, and which channels your listing appears on. 

Review every option carefully before publishing.

The settings you choose here determine how brands interact with your listing. For example, enabling instant bookings means confirmed bookings come in without requiring your approval. Make sure the workflow matches how you want to manage your space.

After publishing

Once published, your listing will appear on POP UP SHOPS and be visible to brands searching for space. You can return to the Listings tab at any time to edit details, update availability, adjust pricing, or deactivate the listing.
