How do I manage availability and set up special prices?

You can manage your listing's availability and set special prices directly from the scheduler on your listings page. Use it to block out dates when your space is unavailable, or to set a custom price for specific days including recurring periods like weekends or seasonal rates.

You can manage your listing's availability and set special prices directly from the scheduler on your listings page. Use it to block out dates when your space is unavailable, or to set a custom price for specific days including recurring periods like weekends or seasonal rates.

To set special prices:

1. Go to the scheduler and click on a listing
2. Select the dates you wish to block
3. Set availability to available (this will bring up the special price section)
4. Select if it should be recurring
5. Fill in the special price
6. Write a reason/comment (not mandatory) 
7. Click "Save changes"

Note: The special price field only appears once availability is set to Available. 
If you do not see it, check that the availability toggle is set correctly.

To block dates:

Important: Once dates are set to unavailable, brands will not be able to submit booking requests for those dates. Review your calendar regularly to avoid unintended gaps or conflicts with existing bookings.
