What information do I need to set up a listing?

To set a listing up for success, it's important to add as much information as possible, and add some attractive images. 


Image Requirements

You should add the following images to all of your listings:

  • Properties (Exterior, interior, key focal points, atmospheric images, special building features)
  • Spaces (Exterior, interior, focal points, special building features)


Important to note:

For best results, there should be a minimum of 3 images per property and space.

Images should be in JPEG or PNG format.

Images should have a minimum size of 1200x900 PX

Files should be no bigger than 5 MB.

Organization logo's look best when they are saved as SVG or PNG files.

Organization logo's should be a minimum of 600x600 PX

You should include the following information:

  • Address/location of your space
  • Size of retail space (sq ft/m2)
  • Area features (electricity, WIFI, parking, etc.)
  • Description of your space
  • Minimum of 3 pictures
    • Minimum resolution of 1200x800 pixels
    • Pictures of the building and exterior (if available)
  • House rules and a floor plan (if available)
  • Any additional leasing terms and conditions
  • Select a cancelation policy
    • Flexible (1 week)
    • Moderate (2 weeks)
    • Strict (1 month)
  • Price
    • Price per day, week, or month

 

Writing Descriptions

It's important to write engaging and informative descriptions for your listings. This is something that can really sell your space to a prospective brand. Include core information about the space such as facilities, features, and try to make it engaging to read.
