If you need to take a listing off POP UP SHOPS, you have two options: deactivate it temporarily or delete it permanently. Make sure you choose the right option before proceeding.

What is the difference?

Deactivate (Disable)

Removes the listing from the POP UP SHOPS marketplace. The listing is hidden from brands but all your data is preserved. You can reactivate it at any time from the Listings tab. Use this when taking a space offline temporarily.

Delete

Permanently removes the listing from the platform. All listing data, availability settings, and history are lost and cannot be recovered. Only use this if you are certain the listing is no longer needed.

How to deactivate or delete a listing

The first three steps are the same for both actions:

1. Go to the Listings tab in your Spacewise dashboard

2. Select the listing you want to manage

3. Click the three dots (the ellipsis menu) in the top right corner of the listing

Then choose your action:

• Select Disable to deactivate the listing. It will be hidden from the marketplace but saved in your account.

• Select Delete to permanently remove the listing.

Warning: Deleted listings are permanent and can not be restored. If you are unsure, choose Disable instead. You can always reactivate a disabled listing later.

How to reactivate a deactivated listing

If you have disabled a listing and want to bring it back online:

1. Go to the Listings tab in your Spacewise dashboard

2. Find the deactivated listing

3. Click the three dots menu

4. Select Enable

The listing will be restored to the marketplace immediately with all original settings intact.
