Tenants can cancel bookings providing it complies with the cancelation policy set out by the landlord.
If a cancelation is made on time, you are entitled to receive a refund minus a 4% transaction fee.
If the cancelation is made on short notice, you will receive a partial refund minus a 4% transaction fee.
If the refund total is $100, POP UP SHOPS first deducts a 4% cancelation fee. This means the amount to be refunded would be $94.
Be sure to check the “House Rules” section of a listing to see the cancelation policy.
There are three different cancelation policies to take note of:
- Flexible (Cancelations are accepted up to 1 week before the start of a booking)
- Moderate (Cancelations are accepted up to 2 weeks before the start of a booking)
- Strict (Cancelations are accepted up to 1 month before the start of a booking)
