Is it possible to cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel a booking as long as it complies with the cancellation policy set by the landlord. On-time cancellations entitle you to a full refund with a 4% transaction fee deduction. Short-notice cancellations will receive a partial refund with a 4% transaction fee deduction.

Here is an example: Total refund of $100 - 4% Cancellation fee = Total final refund of $96

There are three different cancellation policies:

• Flexible: Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week before the start of a booking.
• Moderate: Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks before the start of a booking.
• Strict: Cancellations are accepted up to 1 month before the start of a booking.
