Why are some listings bookable by request and some by inquiry?

You can book a space through booking request, inquiry, or instant booking depending on how the landlord manages their space.

Through booking request:

Listings flagged as Bookable Online allow you to submit a booking request. To initiate a request, select desired dates, choose a project template, and then provide payment details. The landlord will review your request, and if approved, the payment will be authorized.

Through inquiry:

For inquiry-only listings, you must first submit the concept Project Template. If your brand concept aligns with the landlord, they will send you an Invitation to Book. Once you accept the invitation, you will be directed to the payment page to complete the booking process.

Through instant booking:

Instant bookings function like Booking Requests but do not require any action from the landlord. Instant bookings are automatically accepted, and the payment is secured instantly.
