What happens if a booking gets canceled?

A tenant can cancel their booking at any time providing that it is in accordance with the cancelation policy defined by the landlord. If a tenant cancels in advance, they will receive a full refund minus a transactional fee of 4%, if it is in short notice they will receive a partial refund. 


If for any reason, a landlord cancels a booking, they must pay the 4% cancelation fee and the tenant will receive a full refund.
