A tenant can cancel their booking at any time, provided that it is in accordance with the cancellation policy defined by the landlord. If a tenant cancels in advance, they will receive a full refund minus a transactional fee of 4%; if it is on short notice, they will receive a partial refund.
If, for any reason, a landlord cancels a booking, they must pay the 4% cancellation fee, and the tenant will receive a full refund.
