How you pay rent to the landlord is dependent on the type of booking.
Inquiries
If you have sent an inquiry, and you have been invited to book, once you accept the invitation you will be forwarded to the card details page where you process the payment for the space. The payment will be executed as soon as you finish the booking process.
Booking requests
If you have made a booking request, you enter your card details as part of the booking process and the payment is pre-authorized and held in escrow. As soon as your booking request is accepted, your card is charged. If your booking is declined, the pre-authorization is suspended and your card will not be charged.
If you are able to make instant bookings, your payments will be executed as soon as you complete the booking process.
If a landlord requests a security deposit, this must be paid out to the landlord directly.
