To book a space through POP UP SHOPS, tenants must agree to the terms and conditions of the POP UP SHOPS Marketplace. By doing this they also agree to any extra terms and conditions laid out by the landlord.
Once a landlord accepts a booking request, the tenant enters into a direct contract with the landlord.
In the case of booking inquiries, if the landlord sends a booking invitation to a tenant, and the tenant accepts and enters their payment details, the two parties enter into a contract with one another.
