Ensure that you receive rental payments on time by setting up a payout method. Set up a payment method so that you can easily pay for additional services.

There are two separate things to set up in your payment settings:

• Payout method — how you receive rental income from confirmed bookings

• Payment method — how you pay for additional services on the platform such as premium features or add-ons

Both are managed from the Settings menu in your Spacewise dashboard. Go to: Settings

Note: Not sure which one you need? If you want to receive payments from bookings, set up a payout method. If you want to pay for platform services, set up a payment method.

Set up a payout method

Your payout method is where your rental income is sent after a booking completes. Set this up before your first listing goes live.

1. Go to Settings in your Spacewise dashboard

2. Go to the Payout methods section

3. Click Add a payout method

4. Check that the country and currency are correct for your bank account

5. Fill in your account number, routing number, and account holder name

6. Select the account holder type (individual or business)

7. Click Save

Important: Make sure the country and currency match your bank account exactly. Mismatched details can cause payment delays or failed transfers. Once saved, verify the details are correct before your first booking goes live.

Set up a payment method

Your payment method is used to pay for additional platform services. You can pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

Option A: Credit card

1. Go to Settings in your Spacewise dashboard

2. Go to the Payment methods section

3. Click Add a payment method

4. Fill in your credit card details

5. Click Save

Option B: SEPA direct debit

1. Go to Settings in your Spacewise dashboard

2. Go to the Payment methods section

3. Click Add a payment method

4. Click the SEPA Direct Debit tab

5. Fill in your bank details

6. Click Save
