What do I need to do for stripe to work?

In order for Stripe to work, you need to make sure that you have all the required information in your Spacewise account. 

Persons

There needs to be a designated company representative for the account, Stripe refers to this as “person”. For the “Persons” account, you’ll need the full name, email, phone number, date of birth, job role and address of the company representative. Note: Depending on the country you will need to provide additional information, in this instance you will see a pop-up notification. 

Organizational information   

The organizational profile needs to be completed. This includes, company name, address, VAT number and account type (this should always be a landlord account). 

You can check the information about your organization in the settings tab. Settings>Organization>Edit

Bank Details

This is required for payouts and is connected directly to Stripe. For this, you need to state the country and currency. You must also provide the company's bank account number, routing number, account holder name, and account holder type.
