Transactional notifications are sent automatically when a booking is made. This refers to new booking alerts, payment confirmations and cancellations etc. They can not be deactivated.
Booking notifications refer to booking reminders. By default, these are sent 3 days and 1 day before a booking. You can disable these notifications in the “Notifications Settings” section of your account. You can also assign booking notifications to certain recipients, check the “How to set up booking notifications” for more information.
