How can I set up booking notifications?

Spacewise allows you to set up unique notification emails for each of your listings. With this enabled, you can have booking reminder email notifications sent to yourself or team members automatically.

You can select the following notifications: 

• One week before the booking starts

• Three days before a booking starts

• One day before the booking starts

• On Monday morning of the week the booking starts

• On the first of the month of the booking start. 

To activate notification emails:

1. Click on my listings. On the listing that you want to enable notifications for, click the three dots and select “Notifications”.  

2. Click on “Add notification” 

3. From here select an interval from the drop-down menu, and enter the recipient's email. 

4. Click save, and the recipient will now receive reminder email notifications for bookings made on this listing.
